This Employment Contract (the «Contract») is made and entered into on this ___ day of ______, _______ by and between [Employer’s Name], a company organized and existing under the laws of [Country], with its head office located at [Address] (hereinafter referred to as the «Employer»), and [Employee’s Name], an individual residing at [Address] (hereinafter referred to as the «Employee»).
WHEREAS, the Employer wishes to employ the Employee and the Employee is willing to accept such employment subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Contract.
